INHOUSE VTM was privileged to be chosen by Tsogo Sun to supply the technical solution for a Tsogo Sun Strategy Plan meeting that was held at the Cape Sun Hotel in Cape Town in October 2013.

The IVTM team were very specific in translating the requirements of this high profile brand to deliver a wireless, clean flow on this event and there was not a cable run in sight by the time the event began.

IVTM had devised a slick, clean set with built-in screen and used short throw rear projection onto the screen. The set allowed just enough space behind the flattage to conceal all control equipment and the PA system which gave the room a very neat finish. The IVTM team then used wireless technology to connect the source material from laptops to the system alleviating the need to run multiple cables. However, power still needed to be run for all the attendee tables and for contingency signal feeds to the two laptops. Again this was achieved inconspicuously and out of sightlines.

The event ran extremely well without technical issues resulting in a very happy client at the end of the day. INHOUSE VTM looks forward to many more opportunities to be able to collaborate with Tsogo Sun in the future.
