Gary has been Technical Manager at African Pride Crystal Towers Hotel & Spa since September 2010 and his extensive knowledge in the conferencing industry has stood him in good stead in exceeding the expectations of this very demanding industry. Gary is passionate about service excellence and prides himself on delivering a flawless event.

The African Pride Crystal Towers Convention Centre is one of the only superior-deluxe conference centres outside of the central business district of Cape Town, as well being the second largest conference venue in Cape Town, other than the Cape Town International Convention Centre.

The hotels large multi-purpose venue on the lower level has been designed around flexibility and versatility and can accommodate 350 delegates.

"Overlooking the Grand Canal, this venue has sliding stackable acoustic doors which convert the space into three separate rooms. This venue is diverse, luxurious and stylish, making it ideal for the car launches, presentations, training and end-of-year functions and parties. "says Gary.

9 uniquely designed boardrooms on the Mezzanine level are available for the discerning businessman. Two of these are multi-purpose boardrooms which can seat up to 15 people while the additional seven private boardrooms seat between 12 and 20 people each

Each boardroom has remarkable views of Table Mountain, Cape Town harbour and the Green Point stadium, with floor to ceiling windows offering natural lighting, as well as the option of block out curtains. The boardrooms all have in-room stage and lectern available as well as ISDN lines for video conferencing and complimentary wireless internet for all users.
